Artisans & Contractors

The category of artisan and contractors, also known as casual contractors, includes many occupations that involved skilled work with tools at the customer’s premises. Carpenters, plumbers, electricians, roofers, landscapers, and tree surgeons are examples. In addition to standard business insurance coverage, CGL, and workers’ comp, these artisans have special protection needs: coverage for equipment and tools that often moved around and for the value of work done for a customer until it is finished.
