Pat is the spine of Lupton and Luce, Inc. In 1978, she walked into the office looking for insurance and left with a job as the receptionist. She worked her way through reception to account executive and on to bookkeeper before assuming her current position. Pat's responsibilities include the Accounting, HR, and IT duties as well as developing office strategies. She is a licensed broker and has received various Agency Management certifications.

Pat enjoys reading, traveling, and, most of all, spending time with her husband, Bob, their three children, and four grandchildren.
